Saskatoon Rhubarb Pie

cup rhubarb, chopped |

tablespoon lemon juice |

cup white sugar, or less |

tablespoons minit tapioca |

Instructions 1. Place saskatoon berries, rhubarb, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan. 2. Simmer for 10 minutes, do not boil - remove from heat. 3. Add sugar and tapioca - stir and let cool. 4. Place filling in bottom unbaked crust - dot with butter. 5. Cover with top crust, brush lightly with milk and sprinkle with sugar. 6. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. 7.
