tablespoons butter or margarine

chicken breast halves

can cream of chicken soup, canned


1

can pineapple tidbits


1

cup saskatoons


1/4

cup wine


1

can mushrooms, drained

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking dish.

3. Turn chicken in butter to coat. Place skin side up in baking dish.

4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

5. Combine soup, mushrooms, pineapple, wine(optional) and saskatoons . Spoon over chicken and bake for 15-20 minutes more.

Serve over rice.
