can cream of chicken soup, canned |

can pineapple tidbits |

cup saskatoons |

1/4 |
cup wine |

can mushrooms, drained |
Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking dish. 3. Turn chicken in butter to coat. Place skin side up in baking dish. 4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. 5. Combine soup, mushrooms, pineapple, wine(optional) and saskatoons . Spoon over chicken and bake for 15-20 minutes more. Serve over rice.
